Two-thirds of the songs found in the Bible are songs of lament. Lament is not a word we use very often these days but it's spiritual - it's the place where God’s power and presence intersect our pain. In Psalm 13, David laments to God and in doing so - we see 4 elements that will help us "lament" for our benefit when we face seasons of pain and sorrow.
